The authors studying gifted and talented persons agree that adequate boosting of their development requires either specialized curricula or adaptation the existing ones by acceleration and/or differentiation. paper focuses on specificities talent for music, taking into account organized system formal music education in Serbia. A special attention is paid to solfege teaching, as it constitutes basis musical literacy future professional musicians. It presumed implementation procedures highlighted paper, coupled with a problems organizing work pupils students can lead degree enabling them participate various activities high level motivation no fear lacking skills. also points need stimulate according pupils' students' individual abilities, line chosen field specialization.
